Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our small-batch Colorado honey.
Is your honey raw and unfiltered?
Yes, all Björn's Colorado Honey is raw and unfiltered. We gently strain it to remove large debris while keeping all the beneficial pollen and enzymes intact.
Why has my honey crystallized?
Crystallization is a natural process and a sign of high-quality, raw honey. If you prefer a liquid consistency, gently warm the jar in a bowl of warm water. Avoid boiling or microwaving to preserve the honey's health benefits.
What is the shelf life of honey?
Honey technically never expires if stored in a sealed container at room temperature. For the best flavor profile, we recommend consuming our honey within two years of purchase.
Do you offer shipping across the United States?
We certainly do. We ship our honey products to all 50 states via USPS and UPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on honey products. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an error with your shipment, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
Is your honey safe for infants?
No, honey should not be fed to infants under one year of age due to the risk of botulism, as recommended by pediatricians and the CDC.
