At Björn's Colorado Honey, we take pride in our artisanal honey and bee products; if your order arrives damaged or fails to meet our quality standards, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
Inspect Your Shipment
Upon receiving your honey, please check the jars for any leaks or cracks that may have occurred during the transit from our apiary to your home.
Contact Our Team
Email our customer support with your order number and a photo of the damaged product to initiate a claim for a refund or a fresh replacement.
Verify Eligibility
Due to the perishable nature of food products, we cannot accept returns for opened jars or items where the safety seal has been tampered with.
Receive Resolution
Once your claim is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement honey within 3-5 business days.
